TOPIC:TIBET CASE ACTIVISM IN TOKYO!

Freedom of religion, expression and association continues to be severely restricted in Tibet. Arbitrary arrests and unfair trials also continue.
Over 100 Tibetan prisoners of conscience, mainly Buddhist monks and nuns, remain in prison.

The Tibet group works on the case of a prisoner of conscience, Lobsang Sherab, a monk from Drongsar Monastery, who was imprisoned for anti-revolutionary activities in August 1995.
He received a 16 year sentence at that time and is currently being held in Drapchi Prison in the Tibet Autonomous Region.

20 poets limited. 5 mins per performer
Guest: Ms.Ayumi KOJIMA : Previous champion. ( 15 mins performance. )
Your poems and performance are prized by the audience by voting in cash.
Not focus on win-lose, but training yourselves.
The cash pays to each poet.
Poetry is enjoyed from teens to 60's (or even older) in an international atmosphere drink one hand.
Young-and-old-of-both-sexes, any nationality are gathering here.
Those readings at Ben’s café are still supported as mecca-existence of poetry reading in many directions in Japan.
Poets and artists are visiting here as a place of information exchange too.
To take a part in those readings, just tell your name to Mihiro – Of course it is O.K. only coming to hear it.

みなさまコーチングってご存知ですか？アメリカでは結構ポピュラーなコーチングですが、日本ではあまり知られていないですね？いわゆる、自己啓発って言うのでしょうか、コーチングのスタッフと向き合って自分の気持ちを話しているうちに、自分のやりたいこと、向かおうとしている目標、悩みなどが明確になっていくのです。解決策は自分の中にすでにあって、それを上手に引き出してくれるのです。

コーチングスタッフは皆さんトレーニングを受けたプロフェッショナル。私がカフェのスタッフとして働きながら見ていると、コーチングを受けた方たちは皆さん、受ける前と受けた後の表情がぜんぜん違ってますよ。ともかく明るい表情で帰っていかれる姿をいつもみておりますと、人間にとって、いわゆる現代人にとっては必要不可欠なことなのかもしれないとつくずく思います。

ともすれば、現代人はコンピューターに一日中向かい合って仕事をこなし、人間的なふれあいが全然ないままにストレスだらけの一日の仕事が終わる。そんな生活をしている人には、病院などのカウンセリングよりも気軽で、しかもプロフェッショナルな、何かそういった人とのふれあいが必要なんですね。

毎週、木曜日　夕方５時から９時まで。
Ben's Cafe でコーチングのスタッフが待機してます。
予約も受け付けてるようですよ。

Called “Prize Price the Words” we’ve having it Every Fourth Sunday in the Month.

Thank you so much for your cooperation.

We collected Y51,118.- all together for charity.
So after adding a little money, we sent Y60,000.- to the “Ashinaga Association” today.
I know it’s not enough money for the any association but every year we’ve been able to chip in more little by little.

I just want to report for your money goes and I wish your 2008 would be nicer.
